So glad this was only a library book. I ended up skipping most of the middle of the book. Too much spiritual stuff, too much repetition about characters and everything else. Not an awful book but not to my taste. I won't read anything else by this author. ( )

Main characters are Angel DeMarco (movie star), Father Franco DeMarco (his brother), Madeline Hillyard, and daughter Angelina Hillyard. Angel DeMarco has risen in Hollywood to a heart-throb star, but his smoking, drinking, and drugs have taken a very great toll on his heart weakened my myocarditis when he was a teenager. While finishing a movie in Washington state, he has his third major heart attack, necessitating a heart transplant if he were to survive. He is transferred to a hospital in Seattle, his hometown that he has not visited in many years. ( )

Everytime I pick up one of her books, I am reminded why I enjoy them. Fantastic characters and storyline. I laugh and cry theou them.

Home Again was no different! My heart ached reading about the mother/daughter struggles and the struggles of the heart. ( )
