The connection between the main characters was so real, so palpable, I felt myself pining for them when they left. After their initial one-night stand, and the subsequent meeting much later, the story wove a tale of lost and found love, and it is a book I would highly recommend for anyone to read! ( ) I BELIEVE THAT every successful Fiction Romance book should include PERIL, at least 2 or 3 ACTION & ADVENTURE situations and some CONFLICT and of course L'AMOUR. Too much CONFLICT between 2 people causes too much whining. Thus this book. Not 5 stars because of the overuse of the word Lord and the word God and overuse of CONFLICT leading to a whole lot of whining leading to a slow paced story. Great story line non the less. A BETTER WAY TO HAVE WRITTEN THE BOOK: Everything up to the point after she has baby. She runs away with baby due to misunderstandings thus, CONFLICT. He angrily searches for her to get his baby back and uses every means possible (family, private eye, himself, friends, etc. She goes from one town or city to another and even across State lines to hide. She runs into some really BAD GUYS. They want to get rid of her and sale the baby on the black market. One of the guys in the group is attracted to her and tries to figure out how to help her escape with the baby. He helps to keep her safe from the other men. Eventually she and baby are rescued. All misunderstandings and conflicts are resolved. L'AMOUR. The End no reviews | add a review
