I learned the author's methods of meditation at the Chautauqua Institute in the Summer of 2006...and when you get right down to it, the methods of inducing meditation are nearly fool-proof...assuming you can concentrate on all the points of focus. As in breathing and moving and being mindful of chi flow in Tai Chi, maintaining focus is what this book teaches.
