Another good story involving Sigma Force. Genetically modified crops and world overpopulation, a somewhat mysterious organization, hijacked by the evil Guild, with the usual religious and archaelogical mysteries. Sigma operatives, led by Painter Crowe, with the assistance of double agent? Seichan overcome the odds again. ( )

If you're already a James Rollins fan, you'll know what to expect and won't be disappointed.

For everyone else, this is a good, fast-paced action thriller in the "Da Vinci Code Genre". ( )

Implausible.
OK to listen to if you don't think about what you're hearing. ( )

James Rollins just can't write a bad book and this one is no exception. [The Doomsday Key] was...in a word...FABULOUS! It contains all the necessary ingredients for a breath taking adventure. There are certain ingredients you need to produce an endeavor like this...some good guys...some the bad guys...some really bad guys...some comedic relief, for that we have Kowalski...a lot of conspiracy...some historical truths...some gunfights and explosions...caves...caves that cave in...bogs and bodies...a deadly disease... a finger in a leather bag...a good helping of betrayal...a smidgen of romance...and some stone circles. Mix together with a heaping helping of cliffhangers...and a sweet, cute dog and some not so sweet but equally cute, polar bears...and you have it all right here. Sit and enjoy. ( )
