Succeeding with Use Cases is really directed at CIOs, heads of engineering, etc. There is a little information about building use cases, and a lot of information about the entire process - project planning, building teams, testing/QA, and demonstrating ROI on process change. If you're actually writing use cases, check the book out from your local library and copy the 2 or 3 useful diagrams. I wouldn't recommend buying it. ( ) no reviews | add a review
