Limpy is still on his mission to bring human beings and cane toads closer together. His quest seems to have found a likely ally in Santa Claus, who’s Ute has swerved to avoid myriads of Limpy’s relatives on the road and has now become temporarily bogged. Limpy and Goliath decide to hitch a ride on board as Limpy believes that the Christmas cheer will make humans more willing to become fast friends with the imported amphibians. But alas, this seems not to be as L& G set fire to a giant Christmas tree in the local mall and discover they have hitched a ride not with Santa, but with a local fireman who has recently lost his wife! Then there is the ferocious dog who lives next door; can Limpy come up with a plan that will keep both him and Sam (the fireman) happy?
