I like these early Valerian and Laureline books quite a bit. They teen with pulp sci-fi concepts and the art is absolutely gorgeous. The characters are a bit more cartoon-y than the later series, but still definitely good nonetheless. ( )

Metallic bikini on a floating sail barge...nope, not Return of the Jedi. Just Laureline doing her usual thing back in 72. The hollow planet idea is fun and the Lemm people seem familiar, hmm. Can't get enough of these old school euro comics. ( )

An overtly political but well told story about two peoples making war on each other and in the process endangering their own future... ( )
