This is a useful overview of St. Chrysostom's view on women in the early church. It includes extended excerpts of his views on various subjects. The author also discusses Elizabeth Clark's views (a Christian feminist that attacks St. Chrysostom's opinions on this topic) in defense of St. Chrysostom's writings. Overall a pleasurable and interesting read. ( )
