This is just a really cute book for girls to read if they enjoy having tea parties because it gives lots of details on how to put on a tea party.

This book is great for kids to read. Nancy shows how to host and throw a fabulous tea party and how to have a great party for your friends. All of her books, like this one, show Fancy Nancy in her great parties and how others can be just like her.

A fun filled adventure for little girls. Fancy words, clothing, pictures, and play. A little girls dream day dress up and tea parties. A step by step tutorial, Fancy Nancy style, of how to have a splendid tea party chock full of thrills and frills! Pink passions, Tiaras, and delicious delights! Every little girl will squeal with delight!
Personal Response: My daughter loves the Fancy Nancy series and had her very own Fancy Nancy tea party for her birthday last year and she was insistent that I follow Fancy Nancy's checklist to the letter! It really was a blast and I recommend the entire series to anyone with a little girl!
Extensions: This book really is more for girls so in a classroom setting your boys would be getting pretty fed up! However if it was a girls only classroom this book would be great for teaching 1) manners and 2) there are numerous activities in great detail in the book. ( )

Fictional character Fancy Nancy shares tea party advice with her fans in this colorfully illustrated guide that can be read cover-to-cover. Tips on what to wear, how to behave, decorations to make, refreshments to serve, and games to play are featured throughout. Cooking on a stove is not required when following suggested recipes like Sunshine Tea a la Nancy, Delectable Fruit Kebabs, and Crunchy Munchy Crudites.
