I reread this book when/if I do a water fast.

It explains very clearly/scientifically how water fasting works and a diet to follow afterwards/beforehand for health, easy to read and understand, good reference book. ( )

Thought-provoking and fascinating - but ultimately unlivable and unsustainable of a diet program for life. ( )

I used the information in this book to do an 11 day water fast last month. I felt great. Before this, the longest I'd been able to do a water fast was only 2 days. The book clearly explains the benefits of a water fast over a juice fast. I wish there were more medical professionals who were open to doing the medical supervision of a water fast. I couldn't find one in Minneapolis, which really surprised me. ( )
