Now Im going to have to buy it just to have a copy of all the recipes

I love Alicia Silverstone and her fun enthusiasm and sweetness just jumps off the page at you, also has great information altho I cried in one of the early chapters talking about how they treat dairy cows. ( )

Lots of useful information in first part of book; lots of great recipes in second part. I'm enjoying working my way through the food and highly recommend this to anyone thinking of incorporating more plant-based food into their diet. ( )

Any book that teaches me more about veganism is alright by me.
Silverstone uses a normal, everyday voice that anyone can relate to, getting her point across and making the reader aware without alienating them. That's pretty key in a book telling you how your current diet is killing you! ( )
