Thriller

The last few Lucas Davenport novels by Sandford have not been very good but this one was good. This is the 20th in the series. I think you can pick op anyone of them a read it without knowing the back story. If you like this one, you'll probably like them all. (

Trying to separate conjoined twins, Davenport's surgeon wife Weather is witness to a robbery at the hospital pharmacy involving bikers and a hired gun. One of the pharmacists is kicked to death and Lucas gets involved in solving the crime. Pretty fast paced, but I think Sandford is beoming a bit too formulaic. (
