Gi meg navnet mitt tilbake blir satt opp på Nationaltheatret som en del av jubileumsmarkeringen i Ibsenåret 2006.

Her møter vi Laura Kieler, kvinnen Ibsen brukte som modell til Nora i "Et dukkehjem". Stykkets handling er lagt til et asyl, hvor tiden har oppløst seg og hvor Laura lar livet passere revy. Laura var aldri noen lerkefugl, hun forfalsket ikke noe gjeldsbrev. Hun var ingen Nora, men en selvstendig dramatiker og forfatter. Hvorfor utleverte og samtidig forvrengte Ibsen hennes liv og handlinger? Hva var egentlig hans forhold til henne?
