This little gem not only has recipes, it tells you the basics of preping your food.

Do you know how to peel a potato? What is the proper way to prep a papaya?
This book will tell you, then help you make the dish.
It is a picture book that will help you see how to hold hte tools as well as use them. ( )

This is a great book for the new cook. It tells what is needed for pots, pans, & utensils. What basic spices, pastas, beans, etc and the step by step recipes are easy to follow. I have been cooking for 45 years and I wish I had this book way back in the stone age. ( )
