What a lovely collection of poems. I'm not a reader of poetry usually, but I downloaded this collection free from Smashwords, and I'm glad I did. Lori Newman has a way with words that will stir up all sorts of emotions. At times I could feel tears coming to my eyes, at other times, I was smiling. This book is written to uplift, motivate and inspire, and it does all those things, in my opinion. I'll definitely consider purchasing this as a gift in the future. ( )
