Made my mother give me this one, it was on her shelves, a gift from my Grandmother to my Step-father. It comes from the pre-bacardi breezer days, when you were being sophisticated if you asked for a Tom Collins. Priceless

Drink! Father Jack fans won't need it, but those who don't drink motor oil when the whiskey runs out will appreciate this book.
