Jennifer Jones Won't Leave Me Alone, by Frieda Wishinsky, was the most adorable book I have read in a long time. The story is about a little boy who is followed by a girl whose in love with him, but he doesn't like her. One day she moves away and he realizes he likes her, now he's extremely sad, until one day she moves back. The big picture of this story would be friendship and valuing it. My favorite part was the extras in the book, by that I mean the little pictures and cards Jennifer made and gave to the boy. Also, I really enjoyed the writing and how it was displayed in the book with a child like twist. The actual writing itself has a bit of a rhythm and flow to it as well, which I quite enjoyed. The last element of the book I enjoyed was the topic. I have never seen a book about a crush, from the boys view, but this is a very real situation that needed a good book. I loved this book and have already read it to several people.
