Zuni Green Chili Stew, cactus salad, hazelnut cakes, from Native American groups all around the US, this book is tasty, the art, by the author is appealing and the recipes and descriptions of the food are authentic, as testified to in the introduction by the ex. editor of Audubon Magazine.

The author is apparently an artist with food and certainly an artist with his illustrations in the book. The preface writer, Director of the Museum of the American Indian, Heye Foundation, testifies to the authenticity of the recipes and the information about how the tribes used the.
