Basically, if everyone agrees that an author's books are good or bad, the standard deviation is low.
If opinions differ a lot, the standard deviation of ratings is high. The "completist" score
identifies authors of books people have in droves. All statistics are updated nightly, if possible,
or more frequently, if possible.
