I was in the mood for a strickly romanctic book , no big mysteries to solve, no nasty betrayals. Just a confidant man that wanted a woman and went after her. This book delivered. It was a pleasant, enjoyable read. ( ) Sunny Chandler's Return by Sandra Brown The wedding was a farce, she had been married to the groom once herself and left when he told her he felt trapped. He was saying the same thing now to her. She raced home only to be followed by the cop, Ty and he came into her house and made her his. Ty talks to her of a stakeout he and his partner had been on. The investigation was intense and drawn out. His wife left him that night but he continued to find out who the murdered was of his partner. A reissue of a fluffy, late-1980's vintage Loveswept un-updated so it retains all of the markings of its decade. Sunny is the scandal of her small town, home for a week to stand up with her best friend. The minute Ty Beaumont lays eyes on her he knows he as to have her, and in classic romance style he sets out to get her.
