My 5 year old loves the idea of stories coming out of the hat. He took the idea and ran with it! ( )

Working with ideas is hard but the load can be distributed with a friend. Mr. Zinger is a writer who writes stories, and Leo is a young boy who sees Mr. Zinger everyday after school. These two unlikely people work together and it is a touching story about making friends through the power of storytelling. ( )

This book is a bout a young boy who meets an old man and works with him on developing a story. This book would be a great way to introduce the writing process to your students. This book also shows the way that a plot can be written into many different perspectives can create unique stories. ( )

Mr.Zinger's Hat book is about a young boy named Leo who is playing baseball while Mr.Zinger is walking around the courtyard. The ball bounces and accidentally send Mr.Zinger's hat flying. Mr.Zingers who is an elderly man begins to tell him a story, he pauses so Leo can contribute to creating the story. This is a great book to teach students about story development. ( )
