There's a ghost roaming the Empire State building in New York City and the only one who can rid this majestic building of its unwanted inhabitant is Will Moogly and his assistant Tupper. But the new case proves trickier than expected as they cannot contact the ghost and the new invention to trap ghosts does not seem to work on this ghost.
