BANKING ON DESTRUCTION  Leaving behind a trail of blood in the heart of Columbia's cartel country, Mack Bolan arrives in Kuala Lumpur to target a gangster's nightclub, the secret center of a looming cyberattack on U.S. and Chinese banks.
