Dylan jumped to conclusions, slapped Reece more than once, and never gave him a chance to explain one too many times! I kept hoping Reece would dump her by the end of the book! She definitely didn't deserve him. ( ) "Oh, you know, he nailed me up against a bathroom sink at my ex's wedding." Yes, isn't that the story every girl wants to tell her Mom. Or maybe if she's a really hip grandma like me, her granddaughters. Dylan is what every girl wants to be. Successful business woman, smart and beautiful, and two funny, adorable best friends. In strolls Reese into her panties, and now she's a woman in love. No, don't tell her that as she attempts her first 'casual' relationship. This book is a second time read for me. I first read it June 14, 2014 as an Amazon Recommended for You book. I loved it then and love it now. Why I didn't continue on with the series, I'll say book shelf overload. But now a dear book friend encouraged me to pick it back up and read. I'm so glad I did. This storyline hits every single check box I need in a contemporary romance. Funny lines. Awesome and supportive side characters. Hot, I mean HOT, sex scenes. And two main characters I can completely connect with and root for. Yes, is there a bit of drama because one characters heart got a little too tightly wrapped up? Well, yes. But not the heavy angst or ridiculous drama that goes on for pages. Because sometimes love just needs you to work at it a little bit to be perfect. Dylan was perfect heroine as a strong female trying super hard not to fall. And Reese was the perfect male Hero making all the right moves, yet still sticks his foot in it. What can I say. Just read it. I absolutely loved falling for this book again. High recommended read from me. (Thanks Beth). And now I'm off to devour the rest of the series. no reviews | add a review
