Book description
Danger: High Voltage
Who says lightning never strikes twice? When agents Mulder and Scully are sent to investigate the freak electrical storms killing off residents in a small Oklahoma town, they uncover a jolting pattern. All of the victims also happen to be the enemies of a local video game whiz, Darin Oswald. Darin's expertise at the video arcade is uncanny. But that's nothing compared to his other extraordinary ability: he can repair and control electrical devices--even turn appliances on or off--just by looking at them. Is Darin also capable of creating his own high-voltage revenge? Scully and Mulder have to find out fast--before this human dynamo blows a fuse.
