This book is about the coolest, most artistic dork named Nikki Maxwell whose principle want her to join a program for a week in an academy called North Hampton Hills where her arch enemy, Mackenzie Hollister goes to school to. When Nikki first transferred she met a girl named Tiffany who is so obsessed with taking selfies and gave Nikki facts about the teachers. Tiffany was with her best friends while Nikki followed them and Tiffany bumped in to a guy and bullied him. Nikki felt bad and annoyed by her presents so she told her that she's the one who bumped him while being on her phone and Tiffany and her friends started to bully her. Nikki was having a hard time there and talked to her best friends Zoey and Choloe about her new school and wanted to transport to theirs instead. After that she bumped into Mackenzie wondering what Nikki is doing here.
They both wanted to get good revenge on Tiffany for that bug video that spread everywhere in North Hampton Hills, including their lasted school, West Chester Middle and for the way that Nikki was blamed for stealing a lesson plan book. So they let her phone sink to the bottom of the water fountain and Tiffany desperately jumped inside just to find her phone. On a second thought, Tiffany spray painted the words "BUG GIRL" on Mackenzie's locker and she blamed it on Nikki for it. But then Mackenzie decided to make an emergency meeting to prove Nikki is bullying her. ( )
