Meg Pryor is having the worst birthday ever. Just before her sweet sixteen luau party, she decides to pay Sam a visit at her father's store in North Philly and winds up being caught in the middle of a race riot. Her father is so upset about what might have happened to her that he grounds Meg for going downtown without permission.
