Book description
The report highlights the disparities, inequalities and exclusion. The report shows that economic growth alone will not fully address poverty, nor ensure human rights, social justice or human develoopment. Across the region, countries are recognising the need for inclusion, for participation and for redistribution of the benefits of economic progress.
