The (slightly more) serious side of "Weird" Al Yankovic. He was class valedictorian, chess champ and has an earned degree in Architecture. Who knew?! He got his big break on the Dr. Demento show. After the early stuff, the book falls into a numbing pattern of recounting his records and tours (there is running joke that each venture is his 'last'). Fans of AY will love it and others may be inspired by his unusual rags-to-riches, obscurity-to-fame story.
