Leed a Becky Chambers. I am honestly not quite sure how I feel about this one. I still enjoyed the world, and it was a cozy and easy read, but this time the philosophizing felt a bit more forced, a bit ham-fisted. And the ending was not especially satisfying. It works as an ending for an ongoing series, it also works as an end for the series all together if the author chooses to not write more, but it felt more like the author ran out of pages than a natural conclusion to the characters story. It was worth reading, I always enjoy Becky Chambers' writing, and I can't say it didn't make me think about the nature of our purpose in life, but this is not one I will be going back to. no reviews | add a review
