This series is getting better as it progresses. I particularly enjoyed the courtroom drama that Archer can do so well. The cliffhanger ending didn’t have me rushing to the shelves to retrieve the next book, but I will certainly look forward to it sooner rather than later. ( )

I've been a Jeffrey Archer fan for 45 years and have read every one of his books. "Turn A Blind Eye" did not disappoint. Another very well written novel that keeps its reader enthralled from the first page to the last!
"Turn A Blind Eye" is the third novel in the Detective Inspector William Warwick series. William Warwick has recently been promoted to Detective Inspector. His first assignment is to go undercover to expose corruption in the Metropolitan Police Force. Along with detectives Rebecca Pankhurst and Nicky Bailey, they focus on Detective Jerry Summers. He is a young officer with a proven track record of closing his cases. However, his extravagant lifestyle does not match his conservative salary. Hence begins the intriguing plot of various characters that is truly Mr. Archer's style of writing.
Highly recommend! ( )

This is the third in Archer’s Detective William Warwick series. It’s about William, his family, and a growing cast of recurring characters on all sides of the law and criminal justice system.

This time around William is working with a special task force investigating corruption within the Metropolitan Police. That’s the primary story but there are also continuing threads from previous books

It’s a fun series. ( )

Book #3 in the William Warwick series. In this novel, William is investigating corruption in his department. One of his detectives gets involved with the cop who is dirty. There is also a trial of a drug lord which William’s father and sister are prosecuting. Finally, William’s wife, Beth, becomes besties with the wife of William’s nemesis, who in the process of divorcing the wife, hid many priceless works of art. When he is presumed dead, Christine, the wife, stands to inherit it all. But of course there are twists in all of these stories, and the question is asked more than once— who will turn a blind eye?
I enjoyed this novel much more than Book 2, and look forward to book 4! ( )
