A wonderful charming story of the early days at Fort Snelling.

Jasper couldn't see how Major Boyles could be unhappy with Eva. Eva is perfect. Always perfectly dressed, home always perfect, always the proper lady. I could, that kind of perfection can be hard to live with. ( )
