Winning Shopping Center Designs 1997 is an inspiring collection of the winners of the International Council of Shopping Centers 1997 International Design and Development Awards competition. The winners reflect the most creative, innovative and effective thinking in shopping center development and design for the period January 1, 1995 to June 30, 1996. There are twelve winners in the Innovative Design and Construction of a New Project category and nine winners for Renovation or Expansion of an Existing Project. Each has a story to tell.
