"In an epic confrontation, Tanjiro and his fellow Demon Slayers have fought on through the night, suffering terrible losses against the King of Demons, Muzan Kibutsuji. Wow, what a way to end a series! There was nothing in this final battle arc of the last three volumes that totally surprised me (just made me cry) but it was a wild ride from start to finish. I'm really going to miss these characters. :,) ( )

Aw, a pretty fitting ending [I enjoyed this series a lot overall, and it didn't have any needless filler. also, who told Inosuke to look that precious?]

I can't write a review because I'm too busy crying. A very good ending, with a wonderful message about trying for a better tomorrow so those who come after you won't have to go through what you do, rather than continuing cycles of pain and despair. The art is beautiful. I'm not a big fan of "well when they reincarnate they have happy endings and long lives", but this worked out okay, and I loved all the ways it was handled. All in all an excellent ending. ( )

The only thing I didn't like about this volume, is that it's the last one! I'm thankful there's going to be more anime though and don't have to say goodbye officially just yet. ( )

The final chapter (the time skip bit) of this volume/series was garbage and pandering. It didn't really contribute anything to the story, nor did it fit the overall themes of the series. It's something you'd expect from a lighthearted slice-of-life manga or something, but this series is supposed to be dark fantasy, no?

Well, whatever. The ending overall was still good, just not the very last chapter.
