As they witness their tree and ornaments come to life, the enchantment of Christmas is reflected through the eyes of two children. The Living Christmas Tree is incredibly well-written and illustrated. It is imaginative, and entertaining, with a terrific narrative.

I would like to thank the author and iRead Book Tours for the review copy in exchange for my honest review. This does not affect my opinion of the book or the content of my review.

MY THOUGHTS ON THIS BOOK

The Living Christmas Tree by Kristin Sponaugle is such a cute book about a Christmas tree. The special thing about this tree is that during the day the ornaments are quiet and still, but as soon as the family is asleep, the ornaments on the tree come to life. They have fun talking to each other and playing all up and down the tree, until one night someone walked in on them. What will happen now?

The Living Christmas Tree is well worth buying for your child. They are sure to enjoy this beautiful story about this unique Christmas tree. Agus Prajogo does a fabulous job creating the illustrations in this adorable book. Each page is stunning with its vibrant Christmas colors, and the characters bring the story to life before your eyes. This adorable book is a must for your child to read during the Christmas season. It would be a nice gift to any school classroom or daycare. Check out this fabulous book and gift one to the child in your life.

A special thanks to the author/publisher for a copy of this book. I am not required to write a positive review, the opinions here are mine alone. I am disclosing this with my review in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s 16 CFR, Part 255. ( )

The Living Christmas by Kristin Sponaugle is a magical story I think all kids will love, maybe some grown up kids too. It may have your youngsters trying to stay up late and spy on the Christmas Tree, waiting to see if…

The hardcover book is colorful with large, thick pages for those small hands that like to touch and share. I think any child will love the story and may want to help pack away the ornaments, being extra careful. Perhaps they will even be eagerly waiting to help unwrap them for next Christmas, looking for some Christmas magic.

I voluntarily reviewed a free copy of The Living Christmas Tree by Kristin Sponaugle.

This is the type of Christmas story that is sweet and makes you want to believe in the magic of Christmas. This is a wonderful story of the ornaments on a tree coming to life every Christmas. The illustrations are fantastic. This is a great book that parents can read to their children or older children can read to themselves. I received a copy of this book from ireadbooktour for a fair and honest opinion that I gave of my own free will. ( )

Trimming the Christmas tree with lights, and finding the perfect spot for each ornament, is usually a very special part of the holiday season. This new Christmas book tells the charming story of two children who are excited to see their Christmas tree being decorated shortly after Thanksgiving. Each night Hannah and William Miller sit and view their beautiful tree, but it isn't until Christmas Eve that they discover just how special it is. Hannah climbs out of her bed to spy on Santa, but instead finds that the ornaments on the tree are alive!

Author Kristin Sponaugle shares a sweet tale of magical ornaments that play, talk, and laugh the night away, and children will eagerly dive into their fantastic adventures. Colorful illustrations by Agus Prajogo and Sponaugle's use of clever names make each ornament so much fun to get to know. Who wouldn't like to see Nutmeg the Gingerbread Man and Jack the Nutcracker sliding down the garland on the tree, or the two bird ornaments, Snowflake and Holly, flying around it and chirping Christmas carols?

Children will love this book and reading it with them could become a family tradition. Don't we all need a little Christmas magic in our lives?

I received a copy of this book from the author via iRead Book Tours. There was no obligation for a positive review. These are my own thoughts. ( )
