I was expecting this book to be about "book knowledge" that would be helpful to know for a student learning code. I teach an embedded design class and my students typically struggle with the software side of things, so I was hoping for some tips to help inform my teaching.

Unfortunately, this is like a "self help" book for people interested in programming. Things like "remember why you want to do this" and not to get sucked in to the impostor syndrome trap. Maybe useful if you need a motivational book to help you remember why you signed up for a CS degree. 🤷🏻‍♀️ (
