Women BLINDSIDED is another excellent book in the Sisterhood Series by Fern Michaels. I have read every book in this series and always look forward to the twists and turns that Ms. Michaels creates with her wonderful story telling abilities. I just finished this book and am already looking forward to the next book in the series. Blindsided by Fern Michaels was very disappointing to me. It took me a while to work through the beginning because there were so about where the different women were at the point in their life. I think it would have worked better as a standalone with all that at the beginning. I loved the main story about the evil twin sisters declaring their brother dead and deep into moneymaking schemes. I loved to hate both of them. But some of the details of the Viligilantes' war room seemed dated and not plausible. The book would have been better if there was more backstory to the evil twins. I craved that but wasn’t satisfied with what I got. Also, I think that this book could have been trimmed of a few characters too. I also didn't like the vengeance scene. I thought it was too cruel for even mean villlians.I have six other books by Fern Michaels on my TBR shelves so I hope they are better. I am not giving up best I really liked a few of her other books before. There is some humor which I really enjoyed but on the whole, this part of the series seemed off key to me. I received this book as a win from FirstReads but that in no way influenced my thoughts or feelings in this review. no reviews | add a review
