During that time, he has seen the service change irrevocably, to the point where the public no longer knows what to expect from the police and the police service no longer knows what to expect of itself. Here he reveals how constant political meddling and a hostile media narrative have had a devastating impact on the morale of police officers and their ability to combat crime. Read this because philosophy tube talked about it. An interesting insight to British policing but I do agree with philosophy tube's critiques and would rather watch her analysis than read this again ( )
