Great little book meant for children (or beginning artists) to start learning how to draw basic, everyday things using line, shape, and color. Great gift for a budding artist. ( )

Miniature step-by-step illustrations for many different things, from pirate ships to lamps to giraffes. ( )

Amazing stuff if you want your kid to be meticulous and methodical and develop an imagination that moves incrementally to cover, in detail, an eventually great expanse of ground. ( )

I am disappointed with this book! The instructions would great if the pictures weren't so tiny! There are nine rows on each 8.5 X 11 page. Each row contains the instructions for a different drawing. The pictures are no bigger than the size of a quarter. With both the pages open there are 18 pictures! I think that it may be a little overwhelming for my five year old to follow. ( )

Wanna know how to draw really cool things? Then get the Emberley's How to Draw book. IT has all the cool things to draw like pirate ships, or a cool alien ship. Go buy it or rent it at your local library. Recommended for lovers who love to draw. ( )
