Book description
Lady Imilda Bourne was as determined as she is lovely: she will marry as her heart commands, or not at all. But her stepmother had other plans for Imilda, and traped the Marquis of Melverley, the most eligible--and notorious--bachelor of the Beau Monde. Imilda must flee this cynical match, and where better to hide than Melverley Hall--the neglected manor of the Marquis himself! Now Imilda was out of the frying pan and into the fire, until she saved the Marquis's precious life, and discovers love. Together, the Marquis and his gallant rescuer will become one, in the transcendent union of two radiant and joyous souls!
