The finest introduction to Rosicrucian mystical techniques. The methods are based mostly on the Golden Dawn's methods, but are simplified to the core of personal mystical development. If a person wishes to develop themselves spiritually within the Rosicrucian tradition, but does not want to devote themselves to magic and occultism, this is the method for them. This is also a great method for anybody wishing to gain proficiency in magic and mysticism prior to beginning a program of work with the Golden Dawn material. ( )

The earlier version of "The One Year Manual", this book is too Christianized to be of much help for most Seekers. The problem with the Christianization is not the symbolism used so much as the artificiality of it as Regardie himself did not agree with the Christian sentiments. Hence the second version of the book! ( )
