This book is about two mouse friends who wanted to give a valentine to the same person, their teacher. When they couldn't work together to make a really great card for Mrs. Mousley they went their seperate ways until they realized that when they made their cards alone they weren't perfect. One they figured out how to work together they ended up making the best valentine ever!
I would use this book in probably k-6th grade, to teach working together, being tolerant of others ideas, and how to mix ideas together to make something great.

45 months - There are few Valentine books out there and this one is better than most... All about friendship and working together. ( )

This is a cute story about two boy mice who have the same valentine and so they decide to create the biggest valentine ever for their special valentine! This is an adorable story that helps show how some people celebrate the holiday and how people create special valentines for the ones they love and some give presents and candy! This book does not explain or show why we have valentines day and does not express the history behind February 14th! This is a cute story for children to read but may not be the best book for teaching instruction. ( )
