"A successful lawyer and loving mother, Nina Bloom would do anything to protect the life she's built in New York--including lying to everyone, even her daughter, about her past. Nina Bloom fled Florida when she felt threatened by her cop husband, faking her death at the hands of a serial killer. However, she is wracked with guilt when another man is to be wrongly executed for those murders. Nina has to face and conquer her sordid past to save the innocent. Suspenseful. ( )

This book was awesome. I read half of it in one day. It was like a good action movie. It was fast-paced and it just kept going until the end. I LOVE his books because they are all like this. They pull you in and won't let you go.

I used to love James Patterson books but ever since he started writing with other authors I have been disappointed. This book was cheesy and predictable. (2*) ( )
