I tested this on Friday and it was still true: we're seeing delay issues, recognizing updates to Admin Users in TinyCat.
For devs to reproduce:
1. Log in as kristilabrie on https://www.librarycat.org/admin/settings/adminusers
2. Update the password for kristi_staff2 AND create a new admin user for kristi_staff4
3. Sign out of /admin
4. Immediately go to https://www.librarycat.org/lib/kristilabrie and, using the lock button under the "Staff/Volunteer Login" tab, attempt to log in as kristi_staff2 with the new pw AND then as the new kristi_staff4 user
Bug: Both login attempts for the admin users failed.

Tested this morning and the bug is not happening, so either we're not seeing delays or someone already fixed it. - no delays this morning, so that's it.
