Uneven bio of Olivia deHavilland that contains some errors. For example on page 91 Yakima Canutt did not save Scarlett from the rapist on the bridge - he was the rapist. It was "Big Sam" who saved Scarlett. And on page 303 the author said that John Huston was 98 when he passed away when he was actually 81. The interviews with Olivia and others were well done and did provide information that was not available elsewhere, especially on the relationship between Olivia and her sister, Joan Fontaine. Dark star, the Roy Orbison story by Ellis Amburn
Starts when there is talk of his reckless stunts he'd show off to the fans.

Love how he started playing his guitar. Never realized all the travel he put into his career. Covers his whole life from school age, college, married life and onward.
So sad to have lost him at such a young age, he was a great star.
I received this book from National Library Service for my BARD (Braille Audio Reading Device).… (more)

Sex, drugs, and the blues. "I want to burn. I want to smolder." I've always loved her voice. Cheap Thrills was the first record I'd blast whenever my parents left the house.
