Nicolai Bachman has been teaching Sanskrit, chanting, yoga philosophy, and Ayurveda since 1994. He has studied extensively at the American Sanskrit Institute, the Ayurvedic Institute, the American Institute of Vedic Studies, and the Vedic Chant Center. He holds an MA in Eastern philosophy, an MS in show more nutrition, and is E-RYT 500 certified. Nicolai's publications include The Path of the Yoga Sutras and The Language of Ayurveda. This was recommended by a favorite yoga teacher and I really enjoyed it. It is a series of small chapters on each sutra with explanation then thoughts and exercises. I read one each day but I know I will dip back into it the more I practice yoga.
