There's good content here (although it's fairly short), but the book badly needs an editor -- both for the prose and to restructure/reformat for Kindle. It's inexpensive and there isn't much other literature out on this important topic, so I'm giving it an extra star.
Most of the material in the book is generic (but solid) shooting and awareness fundamentals.
It basically reads like a set of lecture notes which would go well with a class taught by the instructor, but not ideal as a stand-alone. I've taken one (very good) vehicle combatives course from another instructor in the US, and have done vehicle combatives training in Iraq and Afghanistan as a contractor, and the material presented here is solid, but incomplete, and without a background in the material, would be difficult to understand.
There are some good (but not perfect) photos of various vehicle techniques. Video would be far better (YouTube has some).
Overall, I'd rather see this book expanded into a better standalone presentation of vehicle combatives with 3-5x as much content at a higher "normal" ebook price (9.99). The author/instructor is clearly competent, so maybe he should work with a good editor to make version 2.… (more)
