This was a cute story about a little girl who loses her plushie. She is heartbroken of course. When Mr. Snuggles shows up she is elated! Until she realizes something is different. She won't do with an Imposter!

I received a copy from LibraryThing. I found this book to be very relatable for parents and young kids. The fear of losing your child's favourite lovey and them catching you trying to replace it is all too real. The pictures are cute and the short paragraphs are good for young children.
The Imposter is an adorable story about a little girl who discovers that there is always room in your heart for one more person (or thing). The illustrations help carry the story forward making it an exciting and entertaining adventure for young children. The lesson of the book provides a wonderful teaching opportunity for a parent. Highly recommend.
An absolutely adorable (and accurate) children's picture book, best to be either read to a small child or for one just learning, I loved it! My little loved it, and its pretty relatable. Simplistic but emotive illustrations that work well with the text/story, this one would make a great gift. Recommended.
