This book details the life of politician Huey P. Long. The book details his life from the time he was born, until his untimely death. The book is straightforward and covers all the important facts of Huey's life. I would share this book with my students because Huey P. Long played an important role in the history of Louisiana. The state still benefits from many of Huey's accomplishments. He will be celebrated in my classroom.

Malcolm X had become one of the most controversial civil rights leaders of our time. He voiced the frustration and anger of American blacks and demanded they be heard.

I really enjoyed reading this bibliography about Tiger Woods. The way that the author wrote the book made it an easy read. The bibliography sounded like a young child's book, making Tiger sound like a character in a fiction book. For example, "Young Tiger liked sitting with his mother too. Kutilda Woods was from a faraway country named Thailand. She read to tiger and taught him how to add and subtract. The boy listened to his mother and smiled."

The authors illustrations in the book were also very enhancing to the story. Illustrations were all very colorful and accurate based on the text on the page. One of the things that I really like is how the illustrator drew Tiger as he was growing up. The book starts off with him being an infant but then growing to an adult.
Overall, this biography is about how Tiger Woods developed into a famous golfer.
