Love in Old Age: My Year in the Wight House (Love in… by Hunter Davies

Light-hearted memoir from an author of 102 books including the first one of the Beatles, now in his eighties, who moves to the Isle of Wight with his partner to enjoy a love nest. After a successful marriage over fifty years with his wife, the author, Margaret Forster, settling with a new woman is not easy - but fun. He interviews the many characters on the Isle of Wight and I enjoyed that as it’s not a part of the U.K. I’ve ever been to.

Hunter Davies' Book of Lists: An Intriguing… by Hunter Davies

A nice little collection of various trivia lists. It is an easy read, and it is the kind of book you can browse and skip around. However, some of the lists, like those related to the Internet, are starting to show some age. Still, if you need something to kill a little time and learn a thing or two, this is a good pick.
